Do you accept insurance, or is this a membership model?
LHX Health operates as a concierge practice — a flat membership covers extended visits and priority access, and we'll walk you through how it works alongside any insurance you carry during your first call.
How far do home visits extend from Liberty Hill?
We cover Liberty Hill and the surrounding Hill Country communities. If you're just outside that radius, ask us — we accommodate where we can.
What happens at a new patient visit?
Your first appointment runs longer than a typical visit — a full history, current medications, goals for care, and time to ask anything you've been wondering about.
Is telehealth available between visits?
Yes. Video and phone visits are available for follow-ups, medication questions, and anything that doesn't require an in-person exam.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
